I had called 111 who told me to go to Asda pharmacy, the pharmacist there will check my throat and then contact the out of hours doctor if he feels I need antibiotics. Is a phone number to call, but when you call they never answer.I don't want waste my time a petrol just to find out that my prescription is not ready. You should do like Boots. Send a txt when prescription is ready for collection. Simple !

Absolutely disgraceful!!! I've been calling since 11.30 and have had the phone hung up on me 5 times.If you can't pick up a phone then don't advertise it!!!!!If you are busy put a busy announcement on!!!! Not difficult
