Been coming here for years and some of the staff are really lovely. However, bought a phone not fit for purpose & the manager lady wouldn't accept it back, sending me off to ring Nokia which was inaccurate info and a massive waste of my time. Sold me a used water filter with someone else’s hair in it, returned it straight away. Also brought a water bottle that I returned because there was stains on it and I didn’t wanna take the risk drinking from someone else used and then returned bottle. Never using Argos again.

Just waste of money. I bought cooking stove but unable to boil water on it. Manager is not cooperative. She is not ready to return and exchange left no option for me. I have put it in rubbish.
