That lady that worked in online collection was so rude and super not helpful as I have been trying to find is the product I bought was new or been used as the box was damaged and tapped back. I won’t comeback to this store again as I don’t have any great experiences from it.(even just for the collection).

I had really bad experience at this store. I purchased a laptop online which came with a broken seal. I went to the store to return it and a manager called Iram refused to return it saying she cannot accept it and I will need to return it online.
