A very well staffed Apple store with the full range of Apple products. The staff are very helpful and some claim to be geniuses! They do have the products in most colours immediately available and are able to advise on your precise needs. A pleasant tech shopping experience.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Apple Store in Reading. I went in to replace my battery, which had been installed by a third party.
