Stood for 20 minutes waiting for a table (a queue was also waiting for their takeouts) - not a member of staff in sight. I did find someone to ask and was told to go back and wait.

We were served by Liam at newbury toby carvery and all of us agree he is an absolute legend. What a super personable attentive good looking guy. Liam was an absolute smash with the whole family and we will definitely be back again

Not a bad visit but the food could have been hotter.
