Ordered some racking for the garage Saturday( after receiving some useless stuff from Amazon)and received the email to say it’s ready for collection at 10 o’clock Sunday morning. Very impressed and the member of staff that served us was nice, polite and cheerful. Thank you.

Been shopping here a while now with an account, tried purchasing spray adhesive today & was asked for id!! I'm 31 & had photos of my driving licence & passport but wasn't good enough! Shocking service & very rude!

At the tail end of a long and depressing build and so thankful that we have an excellent branch of Screwfix 15 minutes away from us. Click and collect service is a life saver and the staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to help loading the car if I'm collecting bulkier items.
