Visited this week and staff were able to answer all our questions as well as fixing a few issues for us. The only thing is that the counters are quite tight so everyone hears everything. The hours are not very considerate of working hours which can make it difficult to visit.

The negatives listed here seem not to be for this branch, but for the bank as a whole.I had an issue withdrawing cash as the card seemed to give up. Both the staff and the manager were excellent and spent time resolving the issue, and I was able to withdraw plenty of cash over the counter. New cash card was at home when...
