They always have very nice and friendly staff and I am writing this review especially to thank Debbie who offered me the loyalty card yesterday and made me save. She was super nice, friendly and she conveyed that warmth to me. I am really thinking they are getting some special training for this and it does make a difference.... read full comment

Asked the assistant if he sold an item..He just pointed, and said down that way, didn't take me to the isle, wasn't interested in making a sale. Found the item, took to the till, got home and found out I needed something extra to go with it, why on earth the assistant didn't suggest at the time. Not all all helpful.
