Asked the assistant if he sold an item..He just pointed, and said down that way, didn't take me to the isle, wasn't interested in making a sale. Found the item, took to the till, got home and found out I needed something extra to go with it, why on earth the assistant didn't suggest at the time. Not all all helpful.

I went in to get a key cut for my son for his locker at college, I had it done and gave it to him and he informed me that the key didn't work. So I went back to Robert Dyas and spoke to them about it, they told me that I didn't get the key cut there and basically call me a liar.
