Updating this review for the 20s, though sadly - whilst the bullying supervisor and her downtrodden staff both now seem to have gone - service isn't any better.I just arrived to collect a DPD parcel and was told the lady who can take care of that is on lunch and I'll have to come back.I genuinely want great British institutions... read full comment

Went in to send a parcel, around 20 minutes from post office close. Walked over to the sectioned off post office area, picked up an envelope and was told to go pay for the envelope at the WHSmith till at the other end of the shop and come back. In the 2 minutes this took the member of staff shut off all the serf-service... read full comment
