went in too get electric , payed upfront but there tills didn't work ( not the staff's fault ) but the head office has by far the worse service I've ever had , made two complaints and not even a response, it took a month for them too issue a refund after having too get citizens advise who got trading standards involved... read full comment

I have recourse to pop albeit rarely to purchase essentials such as milk & bread. Excellent service!
