Left a complaint with Nationwide, try sorting out my trust fund into one of their ISA, dealt with manager and she was rude unhelpful. Wouldn’t listen to my request and was rude with her behaviour, I’m not using nationwide and you have lost a costumer. Disgusting behaviour

my card was irritatingly blocked when transacting an online purchase from my desktop to a major retailer ... as someone/a 'system' decided it was 'suspicious activity' what a waste of time and effort
