Took my mother for morning drink, chose latte which came in a small cup, And a cookie milkshake, the lady said she hadn't made this before so would I like something different. ?? Terrible service, not value for money. Needs staff training.

I would like to offer my great thanks to Juliana at the cashier who went above and beyond to make a customer happy in more than one occasions. These kinds of people make up the wow factor of their companies. She just does it so naturally even if you don`t particularly ask for it. Its good store and they maintain the fashion line and quality but prices are high in the store. Store includes M&S food as well on ground floor for all bakery and grocery requirements. It has cafe on first floor with all day breakfast and well maintained cleaned toilets.
