Terrible customer service. Prescriptions never seem to be ready and constantly told to "wait 15 minutes". The staff and pharmacist are rude to customers and inefficient. They faff about looking for prescriptions just to be told by the pharmacist that "it's not ready yet". Why doesn't he just tell them that immediately as... read full comment
