Shocking service from the pharmacy ignoring the queue for 5 minutes, never any apologies. Some rare days you don’t have to queue.
Sort it out boots, without your customers you’re nothing!!

The medicine counter is rarely staffed. It is not clear where to stand to be servied, staff do not assist you. They close the counter for lengthy periods with no clear signs. You end up standing there until someone notices you and tells you it will be 20 minutes before they are open. Not very professional.

What a joy this shop was this morning. There was a comprehensive range of products which were clearly labelled and competitively priced. The staff went over & above to help me find what I was looking for , both in the main shop and in the pharmacy. No queues at the check out & well trained & attentive staff.
