Poor customer service. I’ve wasted 6 weeks trying to open a bank account with them. Firstly, we were wrongly informed in this branch on the requirements to open an account for a non-UK citizen. Open on Saturdays, but can’t do basic requests (changing old notes/coins).

Spent and hour in there setting up and a joint account and an account for newborn….. 2 weeks later the accounts disappeared because they used the incorrect information! Useless! Thinking of switching my current account now
