Published opening hours need updating on line.It showed open on Friday until 4 pm but when I got there it wasn’t open. A wasted journey’ fuel and time. Not happy.

The opening hours on Royal Mail's on website need updating.It says Mon - Fri : 8 am - 12 noon but the actual opening hours are Mon - Fri: 8am - 10am. Parcel sent out on the 7th December as 48hr tracked. 15th December received card as parcel was held for surcharge fee to pay. Paid same day. Was booked to be redelivered for Tuesday 19th now it is Thursday 21st December still no parcel. Terrible service not recommended lucky to get 1 star. Shambolic service.
