Desperately needed to put money in my account using the ATM out of branch hours. Cash point out of service. They have one and can’t keep it working and more importantly I was stranded in Maidenhead because I couldn’t use my card

This branch is full of knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have started travelling here as they are so brilliant. Especially compared to Woodley where I was made to feel a total inconvenience regularly
