Food not cooked properly and the staff insisting its a marinade inside the chicken. Inside the meat. No comments. No one to talk to there about it too. ?

My husband popped in for something warm to eat and drink on a very very cold day at lunchtime and was shocked to find that KFC are no longer providing hot drinks. It was freezing outside. ? I was shocked wen I saw none of the kitchen staff were wearing hair and beard net. They were touching the food with hands then touching screen etc with same hand. No organisation. Definitely staff need training and discipline. Shame big brand with poor representatives.
