Replacing a dual flush unit, not a plumber so I took the old unit hoping it was not obsolete, as I got to the counter another plumber who was picking up some bits pointed out the one I wanted. Brilliant, and it fitted perfectly

Brilliant customer service from Ian and Josh . Friendly and knowledgeable, they offered to personally collect stock of a rare plumbing part, held in Thame branch and drive it to the other’s house, who would then bring it in to store for me to collect in the morning. Legends. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant service and pricing all important quality stock on hand. I really cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.
