Absolutely shocking service. 3 times they've got my order wrong, failed to check the part numbers and have taken 2 months to sort it all out. Still not even fully sorted. Save your time. Go somewhere else.

Awful customer service by the manager, he made a mistake in refunding an order early, branch wasn't picking up the phone and so when we came in to collect, they refused to honour the discount. He then became irate when I pointed out that his colleague had admitted he had refunded the order early and quoted wrong collection... read full comment
