Have my prescription sent here and there always ready promptly. Staff often remember me, making it a more personal experience.Only reason I've docked a star is occasionally they struggle to get stock of my medication

Been using this pharmacy since Lloyd's closed down in Sainsburys. Been in 6 times to collect prescriptions. The lady at the check out treats one like you're a nuisance and unwelcome. No smile, no eye contact, unfriendly. Gives off angry vibes. Feels like they're doing YOU a huge favour ?

What is it with Maidenhead and appalling standards and customer service? Bridge Road Pharmacy is another awful place. Staff are rude, the pharmacists are incompetent (couldn't even fill a basic prescription property), and not one person in there has any basic human interaction skills.
