Very unpleasant experience of click and collect. Staff will give you 1 parcel when it's actually multiple boxes. She then will put 'collected' in the system and when you go back to the store, you have to face unfriendly staff who keeps urguing that I have collected all the items when I am still missing some.Went through... read full comment
