Apparently they can't do collection orders because of a system update. Wouldn't take the number manually to do it so now need to make another round trip to pick up the order. I wish there was the an option for zero stars.Ever since I have lived the UK,I have never experienced any horrific customer service from any shop except argos maidenhead. Should have read the reviews first. Argos LIE when they say you have 30 days to return. Not if it's sealed and you have to break said seal to open it. The manager, 55-60 ish glasses; Georgie? was SO rude. I tried to return an item; she refused. Started reading product instructions to show how it was my fault the product... read full comment
