I have been insulted with my two young children by a very rude volunteer. She had an approach to customers that is unbelievably shocking. Raising your voice to young children and making them terrified left me shaking. The so called manager literally assaulted us. This horrible experience scarred us for life ?

From Alzheimers Dementia Support 'ADS' Charity Shop
Charity Shop raising awareness and funds for the small independent charity Alzheimers Dementia Support 'ADS' which supports local People whose lives are affected by Dementia.
The shop sells clothes for women, men & children, handbags, jewellery, bric-a-brac, books, DVDs, children's books & toys, wool & craft supplies, plus many other treasures.
All goods are donated, we do not buy in goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept electrical items.
