Post only seems to be once a week now , items that are ordered and confirmed as posted are taking an age to get through , third world service.Senior management need to grow a pair and realise that expanding routes beating workers harder dosnt get best results, smart and efficient keep that customer happy

Poorl service. I'm lucky if I receive post once a week. I have date sensitive post expected and it has not arrived on time in months. Considering the amount we have to spend on postage the service should be much better.
