Not great service. I asked a lady assistant for the location of sandbags. She directed me with a wave of the hand. I asked how much sand I would need she said "I don't know its not my department" and walked off I went to where she said where there were no sandbags or a gap. I waited 5 minutes for the shower water to turn on yet it never did, must be a problem with the pipes. I tried on what I thought was a 'mask' but soon realised the reason I couldn't see through it was because it was a knee pad. I stuck one of the plungers to the floor to test the 'suction' yet pulled it up extremely easily... read full comment
