This store will do everything it can to not give you a refund on any unwanted items. Terrible and unfriendly service by the manager.

Helpful cheerful staff. Good but expensive boots. Nice looking shop. If you are going to charge £80 for a shirt they should be ironed.

unpleasant manager I brought new unworn shoes to change, but the box was accidentally broken by the children, I told them to change the size or refund at that time, but they did not refund because the box was badly damaged, stupid internal rules, rude service, I will not go there again, and according to the law they shouldrefund... read full comment
