Shocked by the lack of service or care. The intrusive questioning in a public space is wholly unacceptable, as was the outcome of discussions which left me with no OTC medication and in pain for the remainder of the weekend at least. Not sure why they are called a pharmacist because they don't dispense any medications.

Service is appalling. Terribly slow and frustrating. Hardly ever have any medication ready on time.
