The worse branch, the young women do not n know how to do their job. Appalling rude associate. Made me stand in a queue to speak with her only to take people walking off the street into her office. And blatantly looking at me like she was enjoying the power trip. So tempted to include her name but will complain directly to Santander instead. The counter staff were absolutely lovely.
