Delivery apparently attempted and said properly is not accessible.. I had no messages or emails notifying me and how can a collection office be open only 2 hours from 8-10 in the day and think that is putting the customer. Such a poor service and I would not use royal mail If it was my choice

Would not leave fresh flowers half hidden in porch, so had to collect from delivery office. This was closed during opening hours, so had to come back again. Flowers in poor state when finally collected.

No mail delivery for 9 days since 11th Feb! What is going on with our mail delivery service?
Hi Everyone. I'm a random guy from Bracknell who incompetent Royal Fail somehow made the manager of their online profile several months ago and they're too stupid and lazy to even realise it. Despite numerous emails to Google they have failed to remove me from the profile so I'm just gonna talk shit here because the incompetence is staggering on both sides and I guess I'm in charge now lol. If this continues for a couple more weeks I'm just going to delete the profile from Google Maps so good luck royal fail.
