Disgustingly bad service, one slow old person doing grocery counter and alleged post office counter at same time. Other staff wasting time pretending to do stock taking when customer queue was 13 deep.

On 12 and 13 Dec 2023 around 7.40pm | took several Xmas parcels to the Post Office inside Morrisons at Birch Hill. I find it convenient to use the Post Office at this time because queues tend to be smaller. You are served at the front of the shop at a dedicated Post Office counter.
