I was served by Joe yesterday in the Bracknell branch (lady with the brunette hair as there are two Jo’s). I cannot begin to explain her amazing customer service towards me. She is truly such a lovey, helpful person. Thank you so much for making my experience at Pandora exceptional Jo!

Terrible experience, staff were so unwelcome , one of the girls was highly offensive, I will contact customer services , left feeling very unconfident about myself, reall .love pandora but really dont like the snobby attitude in bracknell branch

I visited the Bracknell store at the weekend to buy my goddaughter a ring. The lovely Sienna couldn't have been more helpful. It's lovely to be greeted & looked after by someone so genuine & happy & who clearly enjoys her job. Spot on customer service, thank you.
