Popped in a few days ago to pay in some coins with some money and was served by the fabulous Theresa. Could not be more helpful in accepting my coins and ensure I was served quickly. The staff are a credit to the branch and town. Happy Xmas Everyone

Bit understaffed but the few staff who were there were very very helpful

The bank its self is OK as banks go. But this branch is terrible. Stood for 5 mins at the welcome desk and got no acknowledgement. The guy working the desk was too busy following another member of staff around like a lost puppy. Went for help and advice after loosing my wife. Will close my accounts and move to Chase......
