Service is typically very slow and seems like the staff on the ground are not supported to be able to run the post office at the same time as the shop. Today the shop was closed with no sign or explanation and no answer when called.

Very unreliable, service is very,very poor, not sure i will want to carry on using them or any martins store

I recently moved to Crown Wood. I find the staff in Martins always helpful and friendly.
