Normally 2 really friendly women are serving and they always seem polite. However today, a guy called Nikolai(sp) was serving and he had the rudest attitude. Always having a big pleasure to come to this Costa to enjoy my coffee in a very clean and friendly place. Staff are amazing, always helpful and hard working, especially I want to say a big Thank you to Monika, Nadia, Despina and Matt, with perfect skills of a really barista, Well done everyone!!

I am regular coustmer and today I order 1 espresso I found it cold so I back to them and complian she answer in bad way ,and I paid the price again to get another one , her reply was roud.
