I literally phoned to find out an enquiry and eventually tried every single option and not one person answered my call on any of them!!! Rather don’t offer a telephone service ….. it’s embarrassing!!!!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff at Boots Bracknell today. A global shortage has made it incredibly difficult to get hold of my medication.
