Handelsbanken Ascot has had great staff over the years, however the new manager, Kevin Heppell, never returns phone calls and is frankly off handed. My card was unfairly detained by a cash machine so I got a new card from this place. It took ten days due to some "error" that they did not bother to explain properly.
