I ordered a pizza for collection. Upon arriving to collect I was presented with a pizza without any garlic dip in the box. I asked if I could have some garlic dip I was told they had run out. I said okay, but I was expecting a garlic dip. Can I have some free dip? (One of the larger one) I was told they can’t do that....

Ridiculously poor branch with an arrogant manager. Two out of the last three deliveries were missing items but told “we’re only human” when complained and told a refund will take up to 5 days. When you order just a pizza and a drink, it’s not hard to expect two items rather then just one:
