Handed a dhl document on Friday 7 July and they confirmed that will be delivered to receiver on Monday 10 July , receiver tracked it online and nothing showed, I m trying to call them all day but no answer . Will have to go to shop to see what happened to the document and why the parcel is not picked up yet after 3 days
