I would be very careful using this pharmacy. Health care advisor was not knowledgeable in his job and came across as rude and dismissive when trying to get information on a simple thing as child weigh gain supplements. They need more training and better customer service.

I went today to register myself my wife and my two daughters and faced a very unwelcoming atmosphere and rude behaviour of staff from reception to business manager. They whole team is very rude and didn't guide in a correct way, only waste your time by non sense things and if you complain they said straight away go to another surgery,this is the way they talk with patients,old peoples and parents, they need to learn even basic manners .
