POOR AND RUDE SERVICE!!Wanted to return a luggage i had bought a week ago they told me it cannot be returned as the wheels are supposed to be in immaculate condition. When buying they did not tell me the return policy about not wheeling the luggage and keep the wheels clean if return is needed, this is not fair and is poor...
