Worst fast-food experience of my life. Placed an order, it was a student promotion. Order went through fine and was due to collect at 15:15, o ent there and they told me that they didn’t make the pizza and to call papa johns if any problem. Quite rude. Won’t order from here again.

Room temperature. Stuffed crust hard cheese. 1.5 hours delivery, app show delivered after 15 mins but not delivered. Go to Papa John's Chapel St for your room temperature pizza and rude customer service if that's your thing.Lucky to get one star, if a lower option was available it would have been selected.Never again.
