Challenged them over the cost of sending an item as constantly they are charging postage at higher price but making out it is the cheapest postage. This particular time the recorded letter- I paid for was never delivered. Lost in post . I can only assume they tore the letter up after I challenged them and they had to... read full comment

Post office staff is unhelpful and showing wrong attitude to customers, posted first time and they entered wrong post code and denied any mistake made by them. Post code on the receipt was entered wrong from them but fortunately the address on the parcel was correct and reached destination. Never going there again sorry.
