Went to the shop with a return and an online order collection. Very efficient service and girls very helpful. The store was very tidy and .uch better than I remember.

Bought trainers 2 weeks ago in the begining of December and came back to ask for replacement as they didn't fit. Spoke with an older black woman and she refused to take them back as it had the smallest piece of dirt right underneath the sole and that "if it didn't fit, I should've bring them straight away".
