New opening times of the HSBC Luton branch is ridiculous, this doesn’t not suitable many people. This needs to be changed back to conventional opening and closing times.

Really terrible service. Went to this bank to sort something out quickly with my account. Instead they sent me away saying to phone the bank. Very unpleasant experience. Considering switching banks.
