Easy to locate, parking available. Staff need to be friendlier. Not a lot of communication and no acknowledgement or excellence in service. Mediocre experience overall.2.5/5

Ordered some bulbs for collection that didn't arrive. Purchased one bulb as that was all they had. Drove home to find that it was. The wrong one so had to drive all the way back. Was told it was the wrong one when I got there (I'd worked that one out), got a refund and was then offered other bulbs at a discounted rate due... read full comment

Great staff very helpful . Had a wiper come off on motorway and found this shop and was back on road in no time
