for my sons birthday I booked a slot between 6 and 6.30 and they came before that so now when we can eat at Iftar , our food will be cold. I tried to call but their number isn't working.

Be warned : bought 2 lots of their 'special deal' ie extra £2:99 for a drink and 10 mini chicken balls or 5 spring rolls, when bought with a boxed meal. Got two 'special meal deals to take away, but when got home and opened the bags only 3 spring rolls and 5 mini chicken balls. The woman knew exactly what she was doing... read full comment

I ordered Hot Wok for 2 through uber eats & they missed the 10 spring rolls item. I tried to call them but the store phone number was unreachable. Awful experience.
