Firstly ease into our freshly prepared appetizers and mezzes consisting of salads, olives, cooked vegetables, pickles and hummus then swiftly feast on our mouthwatering tendered marinated meat, be it char grilled chicken, primed beef or simply seasoned lamb, all grilled so the flavours are retained and it is enhanced by garlic, lemon and herbs. One of the few cuisines that borrows from the palates of the world.
