Cant get past the bodygaurds acting as receptionists very rude and unhelpful

I have now left this surgery due to their disgusting, rude receptionists, the management of this surgery is appalling, thankfully I have now seen what a decent surgery looks like and how it’s run, Good luck to anyone getting an appointment or getting past their unprofessional receptionists.
