After buying a belt from here a I realised that they over charged me by £10 from the price shown on the tag. I went back to the shop to bring it to their attention and was met with a fairly dismissive response of ‘well that is the new price’. Bought a watch from here. It was too big and I was told I could get it resized at no extra charge at any boss store. I went to other boss stores in the UK as I couldn’t find any in Tenerife. I was told that they don’t do resizing of the watch and I needed to go to a random jeweller to get it resized. This is ridiculous... read full comment
