Literally no one picks up the phone for click and collect. Absolutely appalling. Why do I have to call up the store 10+ before I realise that no one is going to pick up the phone. do not use click and collect. it is possible to show that they have the products in stock and when you arrive at the store you will have a surprise. Just what I suffered. I ordered 3 products (online they showed me that they have 4 in stock) and surprisingly they don't have them in stock and they blocked my money £300... read full comment

Absolutely shocking experience. Customer service is nowhere to be found and the timber products are way way below sub standard. Avoid this place if you value your time and money
